Who's on the system?
I've been shipping software for 17+ years, with the last 11+ years specialized in iOS (Swift & Objective-C) as a software architect and mobile team lead. I've designed and led architecture from scratch for both enterprise banking projects and B2C products reaching millions.
My management style focuses not just on code quality but on team culture and human growth. Turning code reviews into a learning culture and building sustainable architectures are the core themes of my career.
